Biology 2401 Anatomy & Physiology
Online LSC-Tomball
This class is a fully online course. 2401 is the first half of a two-semester study of the human body. ALL course components are designed to meet the Learning Outcomes and Course Objectives for our course at LSC-Tomball. These components will occur online in our course management system called Desire 2 Learn (D2L).
LECTURE: The lecture component is completely online and includes course notes, study guides, web-links, videos, quizzes, and assessments. **No visits to campus are required to complete assessments.
LAB: Lab exercises will be completed using a Lab Kit designed specifically to meet the Learning Outcomes and Course Objectives for our course at LSC-Tomball. You will complete lab assessments in a variety of unique methods. Some lab assessments will occur solely online, other lab assessments will be through video recordings of your lab dissections, video recordings of your explanation of physiological processes, as well as demonstrating your understanding of basic medical terminology and anatomical language using anatomical models.
