Yes, you do need the textbook (Immediately) for the course which is listed in the syllabus. It’s available online at the Lone Star College bookstore website. This is a new book so you can only get it from Lone Star.

On the first day of class, there will be a lot of material that you will need to view on Lone Star Online (D2L). Prepared to view this material, take notes, and act on it.

I am setting up a WebEx session each week on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM to assist you and answer questions. Attendance at these sessions is not mandatory but will be quite helpful to you for your success in this course. Each WebEx session will be recorded and posted so I strongly encourage you to view them if you can’t make it to the live session.

Welcome, American Music students to our Fall 2020 class.  All the information for our class is listed in the Syllabus, Class Policy and Course Schedule (available below).  Included in the “Syllabus” is information about the “EBook/Access Code” and links to purchase it.  Also, the “Class Policy” gives you important information in an expanded document.

Make sure you immediately review all of these documents closely and carefully.

I am emailing this information early so you can be prepared to start the first day of classes because you have lessons and assignments that will be due the following week.

If you are using “financial aid” funds to pay for your “access code” you will need to contact C4E to get complimentary access (14 days) before you purchase your access code.
