This early literacy program is designed to help ready your child for Kindergarten. It sounds like a lot of books, but if you read only three books a day, you will be done in just about a year!

Step One: Sign up at hcpl.beanstack.org or ask your library staff member to sign you up.

Step Two: Read with your child. Reading the same book more than once counts more than once. Children learn through repetition.

Step Three: Track the books you read at hcpl.beanstack.org or use the Beanstack Tracker app on your phone.

Come pick up your free book once you reach 100, 250, 500, 750, and 1000 books!

Any child 5 years and younger can participate. Siblings can help!
