Welcome to my wonderful web page

I was born in Dallas and raised in Houston.  I graduated from Klein High School where I was a four year letterman and went to state soccer playoffs two years in a row.  I also played for the Texans Soccer club and was a player on the Olympic Development Soccer Program.  I also was a member and played with the U-17 USA National Soccer Team.  I received a four year soccer scholarship to Saint Mary’s College of California, where I graduated with honors with a B.S. in Health Science.  I next attended the University of Arkansas Master’s Degree Program where my studies involved internships with the Houston Rockets and my Masters Thesis on adolescents and high altitude in La Paz Bolivia, where I lived for six months.   I graduated from UA with honors with a M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology.  My first professional job was with the Department of Defense United States Air Force as an Exercise Physiologist at Dyess AFB in Abilene, Texas.  After four years with the Air Force I was hired as a founding faculty member at Cy-Fair College as an Assistance Professor of Kinesiology in 2003.
