Schedule a meeting via Book time to meet with Professor Menard (F2F or Virtual)
Additional F2F (CLA 201A) or Virtual (WebEx) meetings can be requested via email with at
least 24HRS before to allow for scheduling; Monday to Thursday, no evening or weekend
will be scheduled.Ā  Plan accordingly and request early as meetings are dependent on
instructorā€™s availability.

Best option is email communication with an email response within 24 hours Monday
through Thursday. Every effort will be made to provide a timely response to emails received
on weekends, holidays, and institutional breaks when offices are closed.
