GEOG/ANTH is a field study program for students interested in studying physical and cultural environments in and around the Campanian Region of Southern Italy.
Dates: 7 week summer program – May 15 – June 29, 2017
*Italy Travel: 22 Days (June 4 – June 25, 2017)
*Travel dates subject to change based on air accommodations.
Program Courses: Students earn 7 cr/hrs
HIST 2311 Western Civilization I (3 cr/hr)
ENGL 2307 Fundamentals of Creative Writing (3 cr/hr)
PHED 1164 Introduction to Physical Fitness and Wellness (1 cr/hr)or
GEOG 1301 Physical Geography (3 cr/hr)
ANTH 2302 Introduction to Archaeology (3 cr/hr)
PHED 1164 Introduction to Physical Fitness and Wellness (1 cr/hr)Note: these programs are integrated leaning communities – students enroll in all three sections.
Cost: $3950 (air/ground transportation, lodging, meals, and activities).
Note: Program cost does not include tuition (7 cr/hr)
Deadline to Apply: March 1, 2017 (payment in full due)
Deposit: $500 deposit due at the time of application to secure space in the program.
Program Cap: 15 Students per cohort (space is limited)
